Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services, dressing and arranging as directed.
• Set up rooms for services, including chairs, tables, flowers, and keepsakes.
• Greet visitors, provide programs, answer questions, and guide guests to appropriate areas.
• Assist with pallbearer duties as needed.
• Drive families to cemetery sites and transport documents or keepsakes safely.
• Perform office tasks: answer phones, screen calls, and maintain reception area.
• Review documents for accuracy and enter data into systems.
• Receive deliveries and handle mailroom duties.
• Maintain vehicles: clean, fuel, and ensure readiness for use.
• Work beyond standard hours, including weekends and holidays.
