Crown Hill Funeral Home, Cemetery and Cremation Services in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families through funeral and cemetery product choices with compassion and care. You will build a pipeline from leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, while managing activities in HubSpot CRM.

The role combines consultative B2C sales, relationship-building, and business development, with paid training during a 6-week period and uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum

Qualifications

• One year of sales or relationship-based experience.
• Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities.
• Conduct follow-up with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers, families, and members of the local community.
• Explain products, pricing, and options clearly and compassionately.
• Guide customers through purchasing decisions and complete required sales contracts and documentation.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, customer relationships, appointments, and sales activities.
