You will serve as the primary point of contact for logistical details, coordinating with pastors, ministry teams, and funeral homes to ensure a respectful, well-organized experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a current Resurrection Congregational Care Minister (CCM).
• Ability to stand and walk for several hours; lift up to 30 pounds; set up and move furniture.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Available to coordinate a minimum of three funeral or memorial services per month.
• Flexibility to attend services on varying weekdays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Meet with families and the officiating pastor to discuss logistical needs for the funeral or memorial service.
• Serve as the family’s primary contact for service logistics.
• Coordinate details including visitation, memorabilia displays, flowers, guest books, seating, and receptions.
• Communicate service details with the Funeral Ministry team and Resurrection staff.
• Oversee cleanup and restoration of spaces after the service.
