Sci Corp is seeking an experienced administrator to manage accounting and operational activities across a funeral home, cemetery and crematory operation in Holland, MI. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or completion of a diploma-training program at a college or technical school.
• Two years bookkeeping, general office, clerical accounting, and accounts payable experience required.
• Solid knowledge of computers, MS Office, e-mail, internet and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections of accounts receivable and payments of accounts payable invoices.
• Oversee cash receipts, deposits, and petty cash; reconcile accounts.
• Process and track bank deposits and cash disbursements; audit cash reports.
• Coordinate ordering, inventory, and installation of funeral-related merchandise and grounds/maintenance orders.
• Ensure contracts and work orders are documented and timely; support location management.
• Prepare and review time cards, payroll related tasks, and maintain employee records.
• Update GPLs and obituary postings; maintain customer records and service details.
• Assist with HR processes including new hire paperwork and licensing verifications.
• Train associates on policies/procedures; provide compassionate service to families.
