Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist roles or front desk is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
• Must maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and messages.
• Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and facility information.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized reception area.
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
• Assist with resident and family inquiries while maintaining confidentiality.
• Receive and distribute mail and other correspondence.
• Follow facility policies including safety and infection-control requirements.
