Avenue at Stow, operated by Progressive Quality Care Inc, is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses to provide direct resident care in a brand-new, hotel-like facility with private rooms and baths. You will follow individualized care plans and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifikationen

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent)
• One year of long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours

Aufgaben

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document resident conditions and responses
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Supervise nursing assistants and collaborate with care teams
• Participate in care planning and assessments
• Respond to emergencies and ensure regulatory compliance
