Job summary

Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking compassionate Floor Nurses (RN or LPN) to provide direct geriatric care in a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. You will work with a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality services on-site in Broadview Heights, OH.

Responsibilities include administering meds, monitoring residents, assisting with admissions and transfers, and contributing to care plans.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or equivalent).
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care based on individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
