Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of Daily Living.
• Receives verbal/written assignments from Charge RN.
• Reports any changes in patient condition to Primary RN or Charge RN.
• Maintains clean and neat stocked areas and patient rooms.
• Takes and records vital signs and weight.
