Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Floating Caregiver to provide high-quality personal care to clients in multiple locations. The role requires flexibility to travel and adapt to different settings, ensuring each client receives excellent care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, health updates to supervisors, maintaining a clean, safe home environment, and following care plans. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid and CPR certification. Must be Covid Vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Develop positive relationships with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere.
• Travel to various locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility in schedule and responsibilities.
