Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Floating Caregiver to provide high-quality personal care to clients in multiple locations. The role requires flexibility to travel and adapt to different settings, ensuring each client receives excellent care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, mobility support, health updates to supervisors, maintaining a clean, safe home environment, and following care plans. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid and CPR certification. Must be Covid Vaccinated.
