Job summary

Your Home Assistant, LLC is seeking a compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our full-time team. You will provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and support across client homes in the community.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, documenting care, and coordinating with the office. Travel to client homes and adapt to changing schedules while delivering reliable, professional care.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• CNA or related experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance required.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned areas.
• Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Must pass background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and companionship to clients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility support
• Prepare meals, complete light housekeeping, medication reminders, and errands
• Travel to various client homes throughout the service area
• Support emergency staffing needs and schedule gaps
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with office staff
• Build positive relationships with clients and families
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and client needs
