Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of office clerical or customer service experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• MS Office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of compassion and integrity; confidentiality is essential.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public and provide general information on services offered.
• Prepare death certificates, prayer cards and related documents.
• Process payments and contracts; coordinate memorial products and services.
• Assist with obituaries and payroll support as needed.
• Coordinate orders with grounds/maintenance and inventory control.
• Maintain office supplies and document daily schedules/reports.
