Family-Practice-Associates in Benton, AR is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy family practice clinic and support providers in delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team, has strong organizational skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while focusing on compassionate patient interactions. This in-person role offers a consistent M-F schedule with daytime hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Family practice or clinic experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients from the waiting area and prepare them for examination.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs.
• Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Perform medication reconciliation.
• Conduct EKGs as needed.
• Administer injections and medications as directed.
• Return patient phone calls and assist with patient communication.
• Complete medication and radiology prior authorizations.
• Communicate lab results to patients.
• Schedule diagnostic testing and follow-up care.
• Assist providers to ensure efficient clinic operations.
