Qualifications

• 6 months of housekeeping experience required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks.
• Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety and PPE protocols.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while following cleaning procedures.
• Perform cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas (mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning).
• Clean and maintain floors and carpets facility-wide (sweeping, scrubbing, buffing, extracting, shampooing).
• Support facility upkeep by keeping areas tidy and reporting repairs to the Manager.
• Participate in cross-training across EVS functions.
