Responsibilities

• Performs general janitorial duties in apartments and common areas as directed.
• Maintains floors and carpets within the Independent Living.
• Responsible for trash pickup and removal from assigned areas.
• Follows cleaning and deep cleaning schedules and annual cleanings.
• Attends to emergencies while following safety procedures.
• Handles work orders for scheduled events (tables and chairs).
• Completes tasks in order of priority set by EVS Director.
