Job summary

Westminster Retirement Community in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated EVS associate to maintain clean, safe, and aesthetically comfortable spaces. You will handle setup and breakdown of event spaces, clean restrooms, floors, and public areas, and respond to last-minute requests with calm efficiency. Regular hours: Monday–Friday 12:00pm–8:30pm.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates who are customer service oriented and take pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner.
• Candidate should maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and aesthetically comfortable environment.
• Ability to handle major floor care projects and maintain hard surface floors and carpets.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Ensure event spaces are clean and organized.
• Store tables and chairs properly when not in use.
• Respond to last minute requests in a calm and efficient manner.
• Maintain floors and carpets in the event space.
• Pickup and remove trash from assigned areas.
• Daily cleaning of public restrooms in assigned areas.
• Accomplish all work in the priority order set by the Director of EVS.
