Job summary

Breckenridge Village in Tyler, TX seeks an EMT to support our campus medical team. You will provide basic to advanced patient care within your certification scope, assist with emergencies, document care, and coordinate transportation for residents as needed.

The role requires EMT Basic certification in Texas, a valid TN driver’s license, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, compassionate environment serving adults with IDD.

Qualifications

• EMT Basic certification in the state of residence is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must maintain a valid Texas Driver’s License with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide EMT level medical coverage and first aid on campus and events.
• Respond to medical needs promptly and coordinate with BV staff.
• Document procedures and maintain patient care records.
• Transport residents to health care appointments when needed.
• Adhere to BV policies and safety protocols.
