Job summary

Salus Homecare is seeking experienced personal attendants to support elderly clients in Orange County, CA. You will provide compassionate in-home care across morning and midday shifts, assist with daily activities, meals, and light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments.

Applicants should have a CA HCA certification, be able to drive, and pass a TB test. Strong English skills and reliable, flexible scheduling are essential to join our caregiving team.

Qualifications

Must hold Homecare Aide Certification (HCA) issued in California.
TB test completed within 90 days of start date.
Legal authorization to work in the USA is required.
Physically capable of providing daily care tasks.
Safe driving record with valid auto insurance if driving clients.
Ability to speak, read and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Bathing, grooming, personal care, meal prep, toileting and mobility support.
Follow client Plans of Care and ensure safety.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
Drive clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and activities.
