Salus Homecare is seeking experienced personal attendants to support elderly clients in Orange County, CA. Shifts are 8 or 12 hours, with compensation ranging from $18 to $20 per hour.

We offer holiday pay, benefits, sick leave, 401k, Verizon Wireless discounts, referral bonuses, and flexible hours. Responsibilities include ADLs, bathing, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and adherence to each client’s plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, write, and read English.
• TB Test within 90 days of start.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.
• Physical capability to perform all job functions.
• Safe driving record and valid auto insurance if driving with clients.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's).
• Bathing, grooming, personal care, feeding / meal prep, toileting ambulation, medication reminders, social interaction, and more!
• Be oriented and well trained on ALL aspects of the client’s Plan of Care.
• Meal prep and cooking.
• Assist clients with LIGHT housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, changing linens, laundry, etc).
• Drive clients to and from medical appointments, grocery store, etc.
