Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship by engaging residents in conversation and light activities.
• Observe residents to report changes in behavior or physical/mental condition.
• Attend trainings and follow safety regulations and precautions.
• Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts.
• Look for and share improvement ideas with leadership.
• Communicate to leadership about outcomes of QAPI projects and barriers to success.
• Wear protective clothing and equipment when handling infectious waste or hazardous materials.
