Tohono O'odham Nursing Care Authority is seeking a per diem Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care at the Archie Hendricks Sr. Skilled Nursing Facility in Sells, AZ.
The role involves assisting residents with ADLs under the supervision of a licensed nurse and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with meals, and supporting rehabilitation activities as outlined in care plans.

Under the direction of a licensed nurse, assist with the daily care of residents.
In addition to performing Essential Functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions based upon the requirements of the organization.
Regular attendance in conformance with standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment due to the cyclical nature of the health care industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the facility. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with all applicable rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facility. Employees who violate the rules and regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Arizona is required.
