Job summary

Auberge at Onion Creek in Austin, TX is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, housekeeping and social activities. You will work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to deliver compassionate, high-quality resident care.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing skills, and clear English communication. Dementia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic reading/writing and clear spoken English.
• Experience: Knowledge working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in all aspects of daily life including personal care, meals, housekeeping, laundry and activities.
• Support behavior management, socialization, orientation and information needs of residents.
• Work as part of the Health & Wellness Team to ensure industry-leading resident care.
