Job summary

CorsoCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Austin Village. You will provide personalized assistance to residents, including bathing, dining support, mobility assistance, and daily living activities. This role emphasizes safety, empathy, and teamwork within a 1440 care standards framework.

The position is part-time and requires good communication with residents, families, and Wellness Leaders. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; CNA or MA certifications are a plus, with

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or elderly population experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming and meal times.
• Provide mobility and walking assistance and wheelchair escorts.
• Administer medication assistance under supervision and monitor safety.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to Wellness Leader and families.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and complete required records.
