The role requires 21+ age, a high school diploma or equivalent, and state-m mandated training. You will document care, report changes, and engage with residents and families. A compassionate, team-oriented attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of state-required training.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to work as a team member and independently.
• Effective communication with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
• Honesty, fairness, dependability, confidentiality, and privacy.
• Meet health requirements and pass a background check.
• HHA certification desired.
• Industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, incontinence care).
• Keep proper care records and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
