Heritage Inn of Barnesville is seeking a kitchen associate to prepare meals according to dietician-approved menus and to operate and clean kitchen equipment. You’ll help ensure timely meal delivery and support tray-line service for residents.

The role requires reading and following menus, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and collaborating with the dietary team. Pays $16.38/hour with weekly pay and benefits, including PTO, holidays, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Communicates well with associates, patients, family members, and visitors with warmth and a professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Prepares meals per the menu created by dieticians.
• Operates kitchen equipment such as mixer, slicer, oven, steamer.
• Cleans work surfaces and stores unused foods.
• Monitors temperatures and maintains proper food safety standards.
• Assists in tray line service and ensures meals are served on time.
