Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CPR certification.
• Completion of some high school or equivalent.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assists with toileting, ambulation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, escorting and transferring.
• Reports changes in resident condition to the care team.
• Assists in dining room during meals and cleans tables after service.
• Aids residents to appointments and activities.
• Takes accurate vital signs and weights.
• Maintains cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas.
