Kahak Health Care Services is seeking compassionate DSPs and Residential Sponsors to support individuals with disabilities in residential and community settings. You will provide direct care, supervision, and support to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, mobility, medication administration, health monitoring, and coordinating with families and healthcare providers. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of caregiving, healthcare, or DSP experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old (preferred for residential sponsor role).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in residential and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to medical, recreational, school/work, and community activities.
• Monitor health, behaviors and emotional well‑being; document medication administration.
