Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, connected lives in their homes and communities. We have openings in multiple counties and settings—some in homes, some in the community.

Some positions require using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed). Background checks are required; this is serious work, and we're serious about safety and trust.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current insurance, registration and vehicle (reliable)
• Willingness to learn, compassionate and coachable

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): help clients build skills and stay engaged inside and outside the home.
• Companion Services: provide supervision and a steady presence for safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): connect clients with communities through volunteering, recreation and meaningful experiences.
