Job summary

Haven Access Works LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities. Openings in multiple counties and settings, including in-home and community-based roles.

Some positions may require you to drive your own vehicle, for which mileage is reimbursed. You will perform roles such as In-Home and Community Supports, Companion Services, and Community

Qualifications

• Background checks are required
• Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) is valued but training is provided
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to use your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world.
• Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them.
