Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Chambersburg, PA. This role involves providing crucial care and support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily activities, engage in community outings, and ensure a safe environment for individuals. The position offers flexible per diem scheduling and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Direct Support Professional or similar role.
• Current BLS or CPR Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with activities of daily living like bathing and meal preparation.
• Document client behaviors and activities.
