Oakridge Homes SILS, Inc is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals for a temporary assignment at a Grand Rapids, MN location. The role requires compassionate, person-centered support and the ability to adapt to varying individual needs and routines.

Pay is $30.00 per hour with a temporary duration of approximately 1–3 months. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends at one residential location in the Grand Rapids area.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of professional Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience.
• Ability to adapt to varying individual needs and routines.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and follow established support plans.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends.
• Ability to complete DHS-required orientation, training, and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, daily living activities, and household routines.
• Follow individual support plans and established procedures.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing needs while maintaining a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, coworkers, and supervisors.
