Almost Family, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Klamath Falls. You will help with daily living, promote independence, and provide transportation and emotional support.

Ideal candidates are open to days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training, benefits, and a referral program are offered to support a stable, flexible schedule and a fulfilling caregiving experience.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support for individuals with IDD or related conditions preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
• Provide transportation to appointments and daily activities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and self-esteem.
• Assist with housekeeping and home management tasks.
• Support personal care, including hygiene and incontinence care as needed.
