Almost Family - Willamette Valley is seeking a reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in the Eugene area. This full-time role supports individuals with daily living activities, skills development, and fostering independence, with pay between $21 and $23 per hour, biweekly.

You will work closely with clients needing physical, mental, and emotional care, adhere to care plans, provide transportation for appointments, and help with home tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide help with activities of daily living including but not limited to: physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations and support, behavioral interventions, and communication support
• Adhere to established protocols and client goals
• Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities
• Develop and maintain client relationships and foster positive self-esteem
• Live the company mission of providing individualized care to each of our clients
• Provide assistance with general housekeeping and home management
• Complete and adhere to all required documentation
