Alay Home Care in New Jersey seeks compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving independence and a higher quality of life. You will provide hands-on assistance, emotional support, and community engagement.

Key duties include assisting with ADLs, supporting social integration, administering medication if certified, and maintaining progress notes. Flexible day/evening/weekend shifts offered with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or DSP role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support clients in community integration and social activities.
• Administer medication (if certified).
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
