Job summary

Circle Haven, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide in-home and community-based care for adults with disabilities. Schedule: Sunday–Thursday 4pm–12am. You will transport participants, assist with daily living activities, and monitor health under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and basic healthcare tasks.
• Foster positive relationships with participants and caregivers.
• Ensure safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Assist with medication reminders and self-administration under training.
• Encourage independence in life skills such as nutrition, cooking, and finances.
• Transport participants to community programs and activities.
• Document services, case notes, and daily activities.
