Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport clients to appointments and activities related to their treatment at North County Serenity House (NCSH). The role emphasizes safety, professional interaction with clients, and adherence to care standards.

The position supports program operations, with potential evening or weekend shifts. A valid California driver’s license and CPR/First Aid are required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role and environment.
• Administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients in the company-provided vehicle following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Accompany clients to offsite appointments related to their treatment as needed.
• Perform periodic house runs to ensure safety and security of the facility.
• Maintain staff/client boundaries and interact with clients in a caring, non-judgmental manner.
• Maintain and reconcile vehicle maintenance documentation and logs.
• Support other program areas or departments when driving tasks are unavailable.
