Center Point, Inc. in Fair Oaks, CA seeks a dependable Driver to transport residents to medical and behavioral health appointments and other activities, coordinating schedules with staff and keeping logs up to date.

Applicants must have a valid California driver’s license, a clean driving record, and strong communication skills. Prior driving experience and knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance are a plus, with emphasis on confidentiality and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport residents to medical, behavioral health, social service, and other approved appointments.
• Collaborate with program staff to develop and maintain daily and weekly transportation schedules.
• Coordinate appointment times, transportation priorities, and scheduling changes with staff.
• Maintain accurate transportation logs, including mileage, destinations, and required documentation.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism while maintaining appropriate boundaries with residents.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and promptly report transportation incidents, safety concerns, or behavioral issues to management.
• Conduct and document daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections; monitor mileage and maintenance.
