Job summary

ST. FRANCOIS MANOR in Farmington, MO is seeking a Driver/CNA to join our team and assist residents with mobility and transportation.

You will safely operate a motor vehicle, assist ambulatory and non-ambulatory individuals, and help residents enter and exit vehicles while maintaining safety. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Six to 12 months of work experience operating, loading, and unloading a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift, maneuver, and support up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to follow oral/written instructions and keep a record of activities.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in long term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned motor vehicle.
• Assist residents entering and leaving the vehicle.
• Secure mobility devices such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Assist with scheduling and managing resident appointments.
• Maintain passenger safety and proper seating in vehicle.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance notifications to supervisors.
