Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking caring, compassionate and reliable individuals to provide domestic and care support within a community unit. The role involves carrying out domestic duties to maintain a clean, safe environment per infection prevention policies and procedures, with a focus on compassionate resident care.

This part-time post is 16 hours per week with shifts on weekends and weekdays. Weekend and Public Holiday enhancements are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people in a care setting.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic duties within the unit as directed by senior staff to maintain a clean environment.
• Support residents in daily activities in accordance with infection prevention and control policies.
