Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct care in home settings for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, assist with medications reminders, and help clients develop life skills to increase independence.

Responsibilities include hygiene, meal prep, transportation, documentation, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license (where required).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company.
• Meet state regulatory requirements for home care and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks, including hygiene, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide health monitoring, medications reminders with training, and life-skills support.
• Maintain a safe home environment and document services and changes in client condition.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal planning and preparation.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments and support family/caregiver communication.
