Job summary

Divine Help Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a patient, tactful, cheerful healthcare support professional to assist individuals with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive home and community environment.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience with developmental disability program participants or long-term care population.
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Assist participant with activities of daily living.
Perform support tasks delegated by Supervisor in compliance with the Maryland DDA requirements.
Assist with medication and medication reminders as needed.
Ensure light housekeeping duties and chores are completed.
Ensure safety of participant at all times.
Staff will be required to utilize agency electronic systems for communication, progress notes, incident report filing.
Ability to report and document incidents within the required timeframe.
Check and respond to emails daily to maintain proper communication with program office.
Driving and community interaction is required. This may include, and is not limited to, attending various events, or activities.
Other duties as assigned by the Operations Director.
