Job summary

Independent-Case-Management- is seeking staff to provide in-home care and support for clients in Arkansas. You will assist with daily living activities, coordinate transportation, and accompany clients to appointments while maintaining safety and dignity.

Role requires at least 1 year of related supervised experience or 2 years with developmental disabilities, high school diploma, and a valid Arkansas driver's license and auto insurance; HIPAA compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• At least 1 year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or community service agency.
• Or two years of verifiable successful history working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Valid AR Driver's License and auto insurance.
• HIPAA compliance and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, grooming, meals, medication, housework).
• Help customers arrange appointments and transportation, serve as a companion.
• Assist customers in achieving agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and community integration.
• Provide written daily updates of shift activities using an online platform.
• Observe customer condition and monitor surroundings for safety and success, including equipment and materials.
