Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent (some positions require additional education)
• At least one year of relevant supervised work experience with public health, human services or other community service agency or two years of verifiable history working with persons with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
• Help customers make and keep appointments and provide transportation or companionship
• Observe customer condition and monitor safety and equipment; provide daily updates
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold HIPAA compliance
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
