Qualifikationen

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program; we also hire 18+ for other DSP roles.
• Must provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record meeting insurance carrier requirements.
• No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Pass background screening as required by Damar.

• Promote development of daily living, self-help and social skills.
• Support clients in achieving their maximum potential.
