I.M.P.A.C.T. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. You will provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental, behavioral, and physical disabilities, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

I.M.P.A.C.T. provides person-centered residential and community-based services designed to improve quality of life, develop functional skills, promote personal growth, and encourage independence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in direct care, caregiving, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, healthcare, assisted living, group homes, or human services is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered support to individuals receiving services.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, personal care, hygiene, meals, and household routines as appropriate.
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining daily living and independent living skills.
• Encourage participation in community activities, recreational opportunities, appointments, and social events.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and objectives identified in their individual service plans.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity, privacy, and self-determination.
• Provide supervision and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Assist with transportation and community integration activities when required.
• Participate in required training and continuing education.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the rights and dignity of the individuals served.
