RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Wisconsin to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges live more independently. You will assist with health and safety procedures, support community participation, and help implement person-centered plans.

We offer flexible schedules across locations, paid training including CPR/first aid, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED (not required for TN openings).

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
