The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and a NY state driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience for driving roles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy to individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities and help build community connections.
• Support mobility, safety, and accessibility within living environments.
• Implement respectful behavioral and emotional support strategies.
• Plan and participate in recreational, educational, and social activities.
• Assist with communication tools and advocate for needs and rights.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and maintain accurate documentation.
