Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in‑home support for an adult male living with his mother in Creighton, PA. This role involves total care, companionship, and careful daily routines, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

Starting pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments when averaging 20+ hours/week. Flexible schedules and weekly pay are offered in a mission-driven company with 20+ years in the I/DD

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
• Comfortable providing total personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing).
• Support safe eating and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship through activities.
• Maintain safety and provide guided support in the home.
