• Previous caregiving or volunteering experience is a plus.

• Support adults with disabilities in building independence and community participation.
• Assist with daily activities, personal goals, and life skills.
• Encourage independence, dignity, and community inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, caregivers, and partners.
• Plan meaningful activities aligned with each person’s goals and interests.
• Support connections to work, volunteering, and social opportunities; document using mobile and computer systems.
