Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and a person-centered approach, with pay ranging from $17 to $24 per hour.

Schedule includes 3–7pm daily and weekend shifts, offering opportunities for career advancement. Male and female DSPs must be capable of supporting individuals who use nontraditional communication methods and think and act proactively to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, kind and dependable.
• Must be willing to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.

Responsibilities
